COTS rehearses and relaxes lake-side in preparation for the first concert in Lovere

The Choir of the Sound sure had a great time on the second day of their Italian Performance Tour 2007 with Friendship Ambassadors Foundation and Incantato Concert Management.

On today's agenda were a first rehearsal and a guided excursion on Lake Iseo. Check

At 9 pm, the choir from Seattle, WA is going to present its first formal concert in the beautiful cathedral of Santa Maria in Valvendra and it looks like they will be on regional TV too.

"There are at least four essential ingredients for a successful and rewarding concert tour for young people and their sponsors —appropriate concert settings, advance publicity, opportunities for learning about the areas visited (including exchanges with the local youth), and good logistical planning. The recent tour of the Akron, Ohio Summit Children's Touring Choir through Germany, the Czech Republic and Austria was successful indeed. The venues were most impressive and beautiful.
