"Fusioni Musicali" - Chapman University Choir sings in Venice

On Friday, May 23, the Chapman University Choir is going to be the featured guest choir for a very special High Mass at St. Mark's Basilica in Venice - the singers will be part of the official celebration for the arrival of the Lourdes Madonna.

This will not be the only performance that day for the ensemble from Orange, CA under the direction of Joseph Modica on their 2008 Incantato Performance Tour: At 8:30 pm, the Chapman University Choir will also present its first formal concert at the beautiful church of San Moisé, right in the heart of Venice.

The program is titled "Fusioni musicali" and combines choral works from European and American composers.
